- Dr. Davis received a doctorate in education leadership from South Eastern University, Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., a master’s degree in education from American International College, Springfield, Mass., and two bachelor’s degrees, one in psychology and the other in education, from Westfield State College, Westfield, Mass. Davis-Allen is a member of the National Association of Secondary School Principals, Supervision and Curriculum Development, Council for Exceptional Children and Alpha Kappa Alpha International Honorary Sorority Inc.
Biography:
Prior to joining ATSI in 2005, Davis-Allen was principal at Brightside, Inc., where she directed operations for Brightside Schools, West Springfield, Mass. Davis-Allen has a strong background as an educational specialist and is also a certified teacher and instructor for nonviolent crisis intervention in schools. She has worked with educators on school improvement plans, organizational behavior programs, staff development and program evaluations. Davis-Allen has extensive knowledge in curriculum development.
